Signufy is a SaaS platform that helps small businesses automate their work. With your consent, Signufy sends short SMS or WhatsApp messages to the mobile number on your account for account and security purposes — such as notifications, reminders, invitations, and one-time verification or recovery codes. This page explains what we send, how you opt in, and how you opt out.

1. The Messaging Program

This program covers Signufy account & security notifications sent to you, the account holder. Typical messages include:

  • One-time verification and account recovery codes;
  • Workspace and team invitations;
  • Reminders and important account or security notifications.

These are transactional, account-related messages. This program is separate from any marketing or business-to-customer messaging that a Signufy business customer may send to their own contacts, which is governed by Section 8 of our Terms & Conditions and Section 9 of our Privacy Policy.

2. How You Opt In

SMS and WhatsApp messaging is strictly opt-in. When you add or update a mobile phone number in your Signufy profile, you may explicitly check a consent checkbox to allow that number to receive account and security text messages from Signufy. We do not send SMS or WhatsApp messages to a number unless you have checked that box for it. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 4).

3. Message Frequency, Cost, and Carriers

  • Frequency: message frequency varies and is driven by your account activity (for example, when you sign in, request a code, or receive an invitation).
  • Cost: Signufy does not charge you for these messages, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier or WhatsApp data connection.
  • Carriers and platforms: mobile carriers, WhatsApp, and Meta are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Supported regions: account and security messaging is currently available for U.S. mobile numbers.

4. How You Opt Out (STOP) and Get Help (HELP)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Signufy SMS message or by using the unsubscribe/block controls provided by WhatsApp. After you opt out, we will stop sending account and security text messages to that number. You may also remove or change the number, or clear the opt-in consent, in your Signufy profile settings.

Reply HELP to an SMS message for help, or contact us at admin@signufy.com. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to receive equivalent notifications by email.

5. Privacy

Your mobile number and message logs are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We use your number only to deliver the account and security messages described above and do not sell it. Message delivery is carried out through trusted third-party messaging providers; mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
