Messaging, SMS & WhatsApp Notifications
Signufy is a SaaS platform that helps small businesses automate their work. With your consent, Signufy sends transactional SMS or WhatsApp messages to the mobile number on your account for account, security, customer-support, and workflow purposes. This page explains what we send, how you opt in, and how you opt out. This programme does not send marketing or promotional messages.
1. The Messaging Program
This programme covers Signufy transactional notifications sent to you, the account holder, about your account or a Signufy workspace, support request, or resource you use. Typical messages include:
- One-time verification and account recovery codes;
- Workspace and team invitations;
- Support-case updates and requested document-exchange notices;
- Reminders and status notifications for account, application, appointment, order, billing, or other workflows you participate in.
These messages are transactional and activity-driven; they do not advertise products or promotions. This programme remains separate from marketing or unrelated business-to-customer messaging that a Signufy business customer may send to its own contacts, which is governed by Section 8 of our Terms & Conditions and Section 9 of our Privacy Policy.
2. How You Opt In
SMS and WhatsApp messaging is strictly opt-in. When you add or update a mobile phone number in your Signufy profile, you may explicitly check a consent checkbox for transactional account, security, support, and workflow messages from Signufy. The disclosure identifies the sender and message purposes, states that frequency varies and message/data rates may apply, and explains STOP and HELP. Saving the phone records the current consent version and timestamp. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 4).
3. Message Frequency, Cost, and Carriers
- Frequency: message frequency varies and is driven by your account, support, and workflow activity.
- Cost: Signufy does not charge you for these messages, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier or WhatsApp data connection.
- Carriers and platforms: mobile carriers, WhatsApp, and Meta are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Supported regions: Signufy transactional messaging is currently available for U.S. mobile numbers.
4. How You Opt Out (STOP) and Get Help (HELP)
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Signufy SMS message or by using the unsubscribe/block controls provided by WhatsApp. After you opt out, we will stop sending the transactional account, security, support, and workflow messages covered by this programme to that number. You may also remove or change the number, or clear the opt-in consent, in your Signufy profile settings.
Reply HELP to an SMS message for help, or contact us at admin@signufy.com. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to use Signufy or receive equivalent notifications through an available non-text channel.
5. Privacy
Your mobile number, consent record, and message logs are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We use your number only to deliver the transactional messages described above and do not sell it. Message delivery is carried out through trusted third-party messaging providers; mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
